HOUSE RULES IN PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

In order to provide you a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house rules. When checking in, it is assumed that you are familiar with his points and agree with them and that the troops they comply strictly. Failure to comply with the House Rules may result in cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full cost of stay, regardless of possible early forced departure.

• On the day of departure, guests must leave the accommodation unit till 09:00 hours to be cleaned and prepared for other guests who come after and have the right to enter from 12:00. An object that is hired guest is obliged to leave in the same condition as it was on the day of arrival.
• From 22:30 pm to 8:00 pm is a quiet time, and from 14:00 hours to 17:00 hours during the afternoon peace. Guests that at that time does not bother the owner and neighbors, and other guests in the house. For guests there are night clubs.
• The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace may be refused accommodation. If the host for the violation of rules, the guest cancels the accommodation, do not return to the amount paid, regardless of shortened stay.
• With the beginning of the accommodation means that the customer is familiar with the house rules and agrees to by it obligations and conditions. Any disputes that can not be solved with the owners or the agency will involve the intervention of the police or the court in Zadar.
•  All complaints are taken into account only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.
